  Customer Service? Beyond repair.
  
  Worse, after I went here for 10 visits or so, their billing department sends me a notice saying my account is past due. I call their billing department, and they haven't even sent the bill to my insurance! Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else.
